Install Flow in your browser.

Pick the path that matches your device.

Desktop Chromium browsers load the extension from the extracted ZIP folder and keep reading it from there. Android browsers that support desktop extensions install the signed CRX file.

• Chrome, Chromium, or Microsoft Edge on desktop
• Lemur Browser or Kiwi Browser on Android
• Permission to enable Developer mode in the extension manager

Google Chrome on Android does not support extensions. Quetta and Yandex Browser are store-oriented: they install extensions from their built-in stores, not from a downloaded file.

Download and extract.

1. Download the ZIP.

   Wait for the file to finish downloading.

2. Extract the archive.

   Do not select the ZIP itself in the extension manager.

3. Move the folder.

   Keep it somewhere permanent so Chrome can continue reading it.

Load the extracted folder.

1. Open the extension manager.

   Visit chrome://extensions or edge://extensions.

2. Enable Developer mode.

   Use the toggle in the extension manager.

3. Select Load unpacked.

   Choose the folder containing manifest.json.

4. Pin Flow.

   Open the extensions menu and pin Flow for quick access.

Install the CRX file.

1. Download the signed CRX.

   The file is saved to the Downloads folder on your device.

2. Open the extensions page.

   In Kiwi, open the browser menu and choose Extensions, or open chrome://extensions. In Lemur, tap the four-squares icon in the bottom bar and choose Extensions.

3. Enable Developer mode.

   Use the toggle on the extensions page.

4. Load the downloaded file.

   Choose the option to load a local .crx file, then select the downloaded package.

Install the next build the same way.

Desktop unpacked copies do not update automatically. Download the current ZIP, replace the folder contents, then select Reload on the Flow card in the extension manager.

On Android, download the current CRX and install it again; the browser replaces the existing copy.
